Pulley vs Carta, now that Pulley is closing.
The short answer
Pulley shuts down on December 8, 2026 and names Carta as its exclusive transition partner. Carta keeps your Pulley price for year one only, credits unused prepaid balances and accepts your 409A, but has no monthly billing. Capable is the third option: Pulley’s prices, unlimited stakeholders, and the price held while you stay subscribed.
- Opt-in deadline for the Carta offer: November 30, 2026
- Pulley data viewable until January 31, 2027
- Pulley will not assist migrations to other providers
