What are Carta's plans?+
Carta lists four plans: Launch, free for up to 25 stakeholders and $1M raised; Build, for up to 50 stakeholders; and Grow and Scale, with flexible stakeholder limits. It publishes no price for Build, Grow or Scale; each is quoted by sales.
How much does Carta Build cost?+
Carta does not publish it. Build covers up to 50 stakeholders and is quoted by sales. The nearest public figure is Vendr's range for seed-stage companies under 50 stakeholders: typically $3,000 to $8,000 a year. Capable Startup is $1,200 a year with unlimited stakeholders.
