Where do I get my code?+
From your own program or platform. Accelerators put it with their other founder perks, and banks and marketplaces put it on their perks page. We never publish the codes here, so the offer reaches the founders it was meant for. If your program has a deal with us and you cannot find the code, write to partners@capable.so from your work email.
How do I use it?+
Sign up, build or import your cap table during the 14-day free trial, then open Billing and choose a plan. Enter the code in Stripe Checkout and the discount applies before you pay.
What does the free year cover?+
The Startup plan, $1,200 a year, in full for the first 12 months: unlimited stakeholders, every security type, SAFEs, option grants with vesting, 409A records and stakeholder portals. Growth is available at full price, and you can upgrade at any time.
Who can use a partner code?+
Companies new to Capable, from the program the code belongs to. Each code covers the first 12 months, is capped, and expires on March 31, 2027.
We run an accelerator or a perks page. How do we set this up?+
Write to partners@capable.so. We create a code for your founders, send you the copy, our logo and a claim link, and keep the listing current. There is no fee either way, and we never ask for a share of your revenue.
What happens after the first year?+
The company renews at the normal price, and that price is held for as long as it stays subscribed. Nothing about the product changes when the discount ends.
Can our founders move a cap table from Pulley or Carta?+
Yes, and it is free. They import the export themselves with a reconciliation step, or send us the files and we rebuild the cap table within 24 hours at no cost. Pulley shuts down on December 8, 2026.
