Get a stakeholder

One stakeholder by id.
GET/api/v1/stakeholders/{id}

Path parameters

    The stakeholder's id, as returned by the list endpoint.

The stakeholder object itself, not wrapped in data.

    Unique id.

  • namestring

    Full name of the person or the institution.

  • emailstring | null

    Email address, lower case.

  • typestring

    A person or an entity.

    How the stakeholder relates to the company.

    The relationship as shown in the app, such as Former employee.

    Job title.

    Terminated once a termination is recorded.

    Start date, YYYY-MM-DD.

  • terminationDatedate | null

    Termination date, YYYY-MM-DD.

  • lastDateToExercisedate | null

    Last day to exercise vested options after termination.

  • externalIdstring | null

    Your own id for this person, such as an HRIS employee id.

  • createdAttimestamp

    When the record was created, ISO 8601 in UTC.

Errors

StatusWhen
401 UnauthorizedThe key is missing, invalid or revoked, or its creator lost access.
402 Payment requiredThe company has no active plan in good standing: its trial ended without one, a payment has failed for over 21 days, or its subscription is paused or has ended.
403 ForbiddenThe key does not have the stakeholders:read scope.
429 Too many requestsThe key went over its rate limit. Wait for Retry-After seconds.
404 Not foundNo stakeholder with this id belongs to the company.
