# Capable > Capable is the cap table management platform founders use from pre-seed to IPO: every security type, vesting, SAFEs and priced rounds, board approvals, e-signature, 409A and tax compliance, and a stakeholder portal on one ledger. It is fully self-serve, includes unlimited stakeholders, and exports Excel and Open Cap Table Format data at any time. Operated by Circo, Inc., 1625 San Carlos Ave, Unit D, San Carlos, CA 94070. ## Key facts - Pricing: Startup $1,200/year or $120/month; Growth $3,500/year or $350/month. Every company signs up, starts a free trial and subscribes in the app; there is no sales process. Annual billing (the default) costs ten months, so two months are free. - Unlimited stakeholders on Startup and Growth. Each company is billed separately. The price is held for as long as the company stays subscribed. - Trial: Every company gets a 14-day free trial with everything unlocked, or 30 days when you import an existing cap table. No card is needed to start. Subscribe during the trial and your card is charged only when the trial ends. After the trial the cap table is read-only until you choose a plan; exports and stakeholder portals always stay open. - Growth adds: Native e-signature for grants, SAFEs and consents; Board and stockholder approvals; Form 3921, Rule 701 and 83(b) tracking; Exercise requests with payment; Custom reports; HRIS sync. - Startup includes: the cap table with every security type (common and preferred shares, ISO/NSO options with the $100,000 split, RSAs, RSUs, SAFEs, convertible notes, warrants), vesting, equity plans, share classes, round modeling and exit waterfalls, stakeholder portal, certificates, documents, 409A records, standard reports, exports, and the AI connector. - Migration: free self-serve import from Pulley, Carta and AngelList exports, spreadsheets and OCF files, with reconciliation against the source totals, plus a free done-for-you migration within 24 hours. - AI: an OAuth-protected MCP server at https://capable.so/api/mcp for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients. Read tools answer questions; write tools create proposals that an admin approves before anything changes. - Data: Excel, CSV, PDF and Open Cap Table Format (OCF) export any time, including after a subscription ends. ## Pulley shutdown dates - Sep 15, 2026: Pulley announces it will shut down and names Carta as its exclusive transition partner. - Nov 30, 2026: Last day to opt in to Pulley's Carta transition offer. - Dec 8, 2026: Pulley ceases all operations and services. - Jan 31, 2027: Limited, view-only access to Pulley data ends.
